    hello my friend I haven't the program so I  don't use bat could you sent rapidshare and give like to me

    From what I know of Simtropolis Policy, I'm not permitted to give you my copy of a program that came from somewhere else... but you can find it here (click).   It's in the left column under Recommended Downloads... download both the SimCity 4 update and Lot-Editor update.
     
    I'm assuming by this that you have an account at the Simcity 4 official website 'cause you already downloaded the BAT.
