Mod for "god" options in region area

Hey all,

I was wondering if there was a mod where you would have all the god options in the region area...or do you have to do it city by city (reconciling etc.). Thanks.

No, i have browsed the entire STEX modding cat. and found nothing of the sort. Nothing in the modding files section either. I wish there was though. But there are several programs to generate an entire reigon from elevation data. you can also create your own image using paint or any other image editing program. then import it into the landscape designer (my favorite)get it here:
