Iam trying to find a e-2c hawkeye pror wings open an closed would be usefull for my air force base

 

Is there any way of bring props that have being inported into simcity 4 back into bat

If you search the internet for free .3DS models, you will get quite a few sites. You can download the models you like and use the Import feature in the BAT to bring the model in. You will need to texture it yourself in most instances, but at least you can get the props you want. Also, pay attention to scale as you may need to resize the model as well.
