After reading part of that and searching for the readme file on a BAT as it said, I ran into another problem. On some of the readme files it just takes you to the page where you got it but it doesn't tell you how to download and use it. It just tells you that there are Mac versions on this other site but that site leads me right where I started. With no clue how to do it. Readme files baffle me.
    I'm hopeless. 8.gif

plus I don't have a mac so maybe I'm not that much of a help after all....

(thank you tolo for killing my spirit...)

Well if everything fails then look for members who use a mac for SC4...I'm sure they'll be able to explan things.....

Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you....

Iv'e been playing since Christmas but I still have no idea how to download anything! No clue how to download BATs or anything. If any one knows how or found a guide of some sort please tell me! I have a Mac.
Also, if I posted in the wrong thread, please point me in the right direction.15.gif

Please specify your problem with downloading since downloading shouldn't be a problem for Mac users. Simply download the regular Windows files in .EXE format. Then go to this Website: www.echoone.com
Download the newest version of FileJuicer. This shareware is able to extract all needed files from the EXE. If you want to know where to put the extractet SimCity files then read my reply to the topic so frustrated started by half0tempo.
But keep this in mind: Read the ReadMes to know which dependancies you need for the things you downloaded. Often you have to download some more thinks like textures and/or props to get things started or to make them work properly.
You still got questions? Feel free to ask!
I hope this can help you a little bit. 19.gif
