Comjin Bay - an underwater city [Sorry about the blank one]

I did a city called Comjn Bay. On one large city tile I visited I pulled down the water level a bit. I really deepened up some bits of terrain there. And I obiously started up Comjn Bay around then. In the bay there is an island - filled that up with H.D Industry. On one side of the bay I zoned a lot of Residential [ High Density!] and Commercial on the other side. [ everything's high density ] . In between I put umm,,, oh, Agriculture [ farming ] . I spared a little bit on the Commerce side and made a block of Residential there. I sourrounded that with commerce [ you must think i'm Commerced obsessed by now ] and nearly filled up the remaing portions of land into Industry!

Then, I set up the power-plants that looked best in the zones.

After that I layed down all the civic stuff avaliable. I wanted [and did] to place subways and subway stations all over the place for when I came back.

For, I thought that the bridges that led to my Industry Island woud get destroyed when I came back [the water level cheat only lasts until you come back to the city]. Anyway, this will show the city.

A pic really would be helpfull maybe try imageshack to upload your pics. I think what your saying is you lowered the terrain, built your city then used the rain tool?

I see your problem, your putting punctuation (. , - ect) in the image names, call them things like rocketoink1 and rocketoink 2 ect. Dont put in spaces either.

If he had something to add to the topic, like a new idea or discovery, then it would be acceptable to bump this old thread. But just saying "So, is this thread dead or what? It's been over a month!" doesn't add anything to the topic, its just a useless bump that put some other more current thread off the first page.

On topic: I don't think this is even in the right forum, from what it looks like, I think the guy was trying to make a city journal. Also he apparently didn't read the rules, because theres no swearing (not even masked) allowed on the board.

I'm pretty sure I know what he is talking about, and its hardly spectacular. Just a glitch that happens if you take a height modd out of your plugins (I forget which) that causes and cities that were built when you still had the modd to appear underwater. Pretty cool thing to use in journals to simulate a flood, but thats about it.
