i am looking for the skating rink portion of the rockerfellar center, i seen it a long while ago, now i cant find it, s can anybody help me out

I think Rockefeller Center is downloadable from the actual Sim City 4 Website. If I remember correctly, it comes with a skating rink and the tree every year.

    Well I can't find it either so really the best thing to do is to try and find where you saw it and ask the person who posted it where it is. Bear in mind the person could well had just made it for him/herself and not realesed it.
