Parks and Recreation budget keeps changing

    Hi Folks,

I'm having this little problem lately...
Since a lot of custom plugins are parks, City Beautification is a large part of the monthly expenses.
When I need some extra cash I decrease these budgets by half.
Now I noticed that every month the Parks and Recreation budget is increased again automatically every month, maximizing to 100% over approximately 4 months.
A real bugger if you want to keep costs down while new zones develop income.
    Anybody had this problem before?
I already disabled the latest plugins I've downloaded, but to no advance.
The Landmarks budget does not have this problem.
Many thanx in advance for any help on this subject.

    EDIT:
One can wait for help to come, or one can try and try and try and finally learn something...
    And I have learned...
I managed to solve the problem, I just don't know why it happened.
I only had the problem in one city, so I systematically disabled and demolished all park and recreation plugins that were unique to this city.
The problem seemed to be with the Tsang Billboards.
They did not dissapear from my budget list when demolished, and they showed cost 0 in that list.
This should be a negative number, since the cost setting for the billbord is -25.
I made a copy of the file and set the cost to 1 (I figured the negative cost setting might have been involved) and replaced the original with this.
After I plopped 1 lot with cost 1 my budget was OK again, and the cost with the billboards was negative.
Then I restored the original lot with cost -25.
When plopping additional billboards the budget stays OK, and the cost stays negative.
So I can keep on using the billboards as long as 1 positive cost lot is present. (which is good because they are pretty cool)
I have no idea why this happened, if anybody does please let me in on it.
I suspect it has something to do with building data stored in the city file.
Anyway... I hope someone gets wizer from all this.
    Edit (again...):
More info... whenever the budget slider is moved the cost of the bollboard instantly changes to 0.
    Also with the 'fixed' version.
Plopping an additional lot (or replacing an existing one) solves it again until the slider is moved again.
This happens also with both versions.

An impressive set of test results. Have your sent a PM to the author of the lot?

    SOLVED !! 10.gif

With a lot of deep lurking and even more trying I managed to save my city from pure hell and damnation... budgets are back on track and stable.
I'll try to summarize what I've learned for those who step into the same shithole after me.

    First... how to avoid $%&^!...
I got into this situation by deleting a plugin before I demolished the building.
This somehow breaks the funding logic saved within the city file.
I suppose the same thing could happen with extreme modding of buildings already present... so be ware, and if unsure backup your city or demolish before modding.
Also if moving cities to a different PC, make shure to take all plugins, or delete the buildings before moving the city.

    Second... how to spot it...
When fund go insame there is always a building in the list with 0 cost.
Most of the time referred to as building.
In some budget menus like the power menu you can click on the eye for an expansion of the list allowing you to get the exact location.
This should give you an idea of which lot is causing it.

    Now... how to fix it.
The only thing that worked for me was getting the original lot back.
After the plugin was reinstalled, the problem was fixed, even without plopping the lot.
It is still appearing in my budget list though, but the name is correct, and the cost adjustable, so I can live with that.
I put funding on 1, so I can immediately spot when something is wrong.

    Cheers,
