Perfect windowed resolution

Hi, 

I'm having a little disagreement with my steam installation of SimCity 4.

I wanted to play the game windowed in the resolution 1920x1080, but because it's windowed, the task bar is cutting off some of the game.
So I tried with the resolution 1920x1040 but the game will immedeatly shut down. 

These are the launch options that cause the shutdown
-w -CPUCount:1 -intro:off -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1040x32

Ideas or workarounds? Thanks.

 

Edit: I also tried the sc4graphicsOptions dll, same result.

And: Raise the UI mod.

Ofc, if you use one of the pretty colored UIs this will fight with them a wee bit, but first get this working and then we can worry about any other side effects.
