SimCity 4 crashes on new laptop

Hello,

I installed SimCity 4 on my new laptop (lenovo legion). When I was playing after a few minutes the games crashes and closes. This happend every time I played the game. I downloaded SimCity 4 fix and run the game with windows xp (compatibility mode) but it wasn't solved. Can I do something else to fix this? On my old laptop from 2017 the game runned fine.

Edit:

I have downloaded SimCity 4 launcher. The game don't crashes anymore but after a few minutes playing I get a lot of graphic issues (see pictures). Anyone an idea how to fix this?
