[System.NullReferenceException] After Green Cities Update

On start, sorry for my englisch :E

After update i get this error every time when i try to load my save. I turned off all mods which dont work with new update but i'm still getting this error...
When i start new game everything is working, but i really want to play on my save :/

    Ok, after turned on Metro Overhaul Mod everything started working :)
