Had to reinstall Game

Because it solved Black Screen but didn't move Assets/Mods/Maps like Kingleo 's,Riverside ones and so on to another folder and Content folder on Computer missing Game Folder for Game so suscribe files including closed Sears don't show up but do show up in Content Manager in Game under Workshop Items. Like Improved Loading Screen because Game loads faster.

Other then this Site and other then Steam other places to download Workshop things for Game. Also don't use Roads Core Mod because get Black Screen.

If you still have any trouble I recommend the following:

1. Put all workshop stuff in one collection.
2. Unsubscribe everything regarding cities skylines from steam workshop
3. Uninstall the Game
4. Delete all folders still left on your harddrive. (steam folders AND original game folders)
5. Reinstall the Game
6. First of all install "Loading Screen Mod"
7. Restart the Game
8. Open your collection, go on with installing your mods, but don't Install the whole collection at once, install each item after another

I once had a lot of trouble after testing a lot of mods / assets and so on and this way fixed all trouble i had and it increased my performance.

Have only Steam Workshop problem not showing up in Content Folder anymore.

Did you get the content folder working? I think i have the same problem.
