I am trying to register my simcity 4 game but I can't find the serial number.Can someone help me?

    I had the same problem.  You could go to EA's website and apply for a new serial code.  I think you can also make a page on EA so it remembers it.  If you can't apply for a new serial code, you might have to buy the game again.

try also the jewel case it came in either outside front or inside back of the insert title page paper. mine was on the front lower. if u need a new serial number 8/10 u will have to rebuy the game, but if u have all the origanl packaging it came in, then u should find your serial number. goodluck

It is usually on the back of the manuel. If you have lost your serial number or it does not work contact EA technical support and they will send a new one. Thart is the only option apart from rebuying the game.

if your having trouble registering...and your inside the continental USA there is a 1800 number in the manual to call...no ,long-distance charges will be applied

 

if your outside of the USA....like me...i had to register the game via fax....theres a way to register just check the program/maxis/simcity/support

there are file in there so you can do this...photo copy the cd cover...with reg#...the cd...and store bought reciept

 

just pop down to Kinkos or a like store and they will help you...takes about 3 days to recieve your registration #

 

 

ps...the EA help line is , well my opion...about as helpful as a windows help file (meaning no help what so ever)

Try and make sure your e-mail address you type when you register is correct, and it has no mis-spelling. That's the common mistake.

What that means is that your registration code has either been deactived, isn't authentic, or was used to register someone else's copy of SC4.  You have two choices: Either you can go and get a new copy of SC4, or you can get out your receipt and whatnot for an ensuing battle with EA.  I promise you that unless you can prove that your registration code rightfully belongs to you, EA will most likely just disappear from the map.

well, then how in the world are we to get that bat program?  i just returned my game for the same thing, just to get another serial, and still ahve no e-mail.  how are we to get bat???

Apart from getting a new copy, sadly, there is no other way you can get SimCity 4 BAT tool unless you know a username and password that contains a registered copy of any SimCity 4 game. It is one of the things they do to tackle priacy.
