RICO Help

I have a problem where RICO is making ALL my building Residential power plants water pumps I know its RICO as when I uninstall it the problem is gone. Is there any way I can reset any saved data so I can do a full clean install of it to see if that fixes it I'm sure you can imagine the problems when all power plants think they are homes lol serious electricity shortage to say the least.

So RICO out it works fine all building are ok when I Put RICO back on the same thing happens all my buildings get the same properties as a house I was adding building to RICO yesterday but I would doubt I would have done power plants and water pumps I'm not that bad lol but maybe its a bug? Does anyone know if they will be a folder in my game file that will have the RICO settings that I can delete to see if doing that and reinstalling it fixes the problem..

Hi Graham,

That is a very unusual problem!! The RICO mod has it's local settings at ..\Steamapps\Common\Cities_Skylines\LocalRICOSettings.xml. You can delete this see if that helps. Each asset can have its own settings file; that should just affect that asset only but maybe a poorly structured file is messing RICO. They are found within the asset's folder under the workshop folder. Did the problem start after getting a new asset?

Other than that the Mod does iterate over all the available assets on game load but only to present them on the settings panel; so possibly another mod is crashing in on the party and creating that unholy mess you get. I would try turning off other mods; see if you can't find the responsible combination.
