Do you want a lot, a lot and new lot things like high buildings etc. clik  http://www.simszone.de/simcity4/downloads/  but help me with this things, because when I give them to the game, in the game always show me big pack with titule simcity.com and I don`t know what I have to do, that show me this. Pls Pls help me and write me to a email or forum (better to email). Pls

Have you got SC4 with Rush Hour or SC4 Deluxe as all BATs and most lots won't work without one of them.

Hey.
This is quite a well known problem, and there are alot of topic relating to it. I would suggest searching through a few forums (although the search function is pretty useless, I would just browse through topics).
A main cause to the problem though, is that either
1. You dont have Rush Hour Expansion Pack
2. You didnt download the download's dependacies (found in the README or on the download page)
