Animation flaws with pedestrians.

I turned off the option that scales pedestrian speed to game speed. However, when I paused the game to watch them, while they still moved around and stuff, they weren't ANIMATED. They just sort of... floated. I'm patched to the most recent version I could find. Any ideas or fixes?

Hmm.. beats me.. maybe its a bug in your game. I really don't understand what you mean by floated, even though they moved. They were just there, moving and doing what they do, but off the ground? If you could explain more maybe I could relate to something that happened in my game. But I'm leaning towards a bug in your game, which is not too rare among many Sim City 4 games.

Pedestrians aren't animated... they just glide down the sidewalks.

Yes, exactly what SYM Productions said. I'm pretty sure that the walking animations should work even if the game is paused (and, of course, I have the variable automaton speeds unchecked). Anyway, aware that it probably is a glitch in my game. How should I fix it?

Also, assuming that they AREN'T supposed to animte (I thought they did before I installed RH...) is there a mod or a hack or something I can do to get them TO animate?
