    Could you give us some more information please, the title of the thread is far too vague for us to help. But if you have downloaded something from the exchange, it might be a problem with that. But I ask you again to give us more information eg.Computer specs, What type of Sim City 4 you have (Vanilla, Rush Hour or Deluxe) 19.gif

    EDIT: I see you have opened another thread in the Bugs section which gives us more information.
