No Medium Density Residential

Hello:

I have about a thousand or so mod's, bat's and plot's in my plugins folder. One of them sees to be preventing me from building medium density residential. Another words, I zoned for medium density and only low density was built. Does anybody have any idea which mod might be doing this, as they may have experienced this phenomena also, so I can kill it? Thanks!

How long did you wait to see if medium residential develop?
The game will often grow low residential first and after some time comes the medium. But it could also be lack of water, services etc.
This seems more likely than a mod or lot preventing growth of medium res.

It was a small city next to a larger industrial city so the residential grew pretty quickly. I did not realize that low density would grow on areas that have been zoned for medium density... thanks!

also, if you downloaded the mod for higher commercial buildings quicker, it includes a mod that also makes it harder to get higher residential towers... or it could be that u need 1100 people for medium density, not just 1000

AHAH! That would make sense since it is a small town, around 200 residents, but the R portion of the RCI meter is way up high so I just *wrongly* assumed that I could just bulldoze and rezone the low density to medium density and the medium density would grow. Thank you very much for clearing that up!

Note: when I say small, I really mean geographically small due to that fact it is a penisula so it is mostly water with only a little bit of land to develop on.
