Roads under bridges

can anyone make a mod where it's possible that roads are under bridges??? i can't mod myself, so i'm asking you guys. it would be great if anyone could do that!

Well, I think I know what you mean, like a road crossing under a bridge, which is not possible, only scenery can pull that off, but otherwise, I'm not sure if you're interested but there's a double decker bridge mod in production which is pretty sweet.
