Downloading lots into the game isnt working...

I have downloaded lots from this site to use in my game such as the super cash park amongst others. When I start my game and go in to look for them to use them, they are never there.

 

Please help me.

I have SimCity4 deluxe edition.

Did you put them into your plugins folder?  Located in the program files under my computer.  If not, they wont appear in your cities.

 

If the lots you downloaded were growable you have to wait until conditions are right within your city for them to grow.

Ok. I checked. It is in the pluggins folder. And it is not growable.  What should I do now?

OMG IT REALLY WORKED!!!!

Once I extracted the zip file and loaded the game it was there!! It really worked! I've been playing this game off and on for years and never used a cheat until today. I didn't know they existed!

 

This is going to be fun! Thank you all so much for your help!
