I have download a few ST EXchange, to my Rush Hour game. I have even download a lot program. But the things like the roundabout and so on, but they don

They have to be in the plugins folder, though you can store them in a subfolder below Plugins. It will not work anywhere else.

Hi Master DaNe, welcome to Simtropolis!

The roundabouts are part of a mod called the Network Addon Mod (NAM) which can be found in the Moddings Files section.  When you download it follow the instructions carefully because not all of the files need to be installed.  If you have any other questions feel free to PM me.

But I have already put the things in the Plugin folder. But nothing happened!
