Is there anyway possible to have a railroad go over or go across a ground highway?  Also do EL Rails go over ground highways?

If you mean a bridge for railroad to cross a road of any kind is not in the default part of the game.  El rails do cross ground highways.  Sometimes it is best just to try things to see what they do.  I make a practice city to try different combinations.  You can exit without saving and it doesn't cost anything to experiment.

Welcome to Simtropolis. Hope you enjoy your stay here.

A good idea would be to check out the thread: New Member Information . Here a lot of the question new members have, have been asked and answered.

Maybe you need to take a look at Network Addon Mod (NAM). It can be download from the section: Modding Files found in the menu on the left.

As Jerebannus XVI and Vester_DK mentioned, the best solution to your problem is probably to download the Network Addon Mod. (there's a link on the main page) The NAM features raised rail pieces, which connect to the normal railway lines and you can bridge the highway that way.. Good luck!

btw: Forgot to mention, that you need Rush Hour expansion or Simcity 4 Deluxe pack for NAM to work.

But seeing as how he mentions ground highways and elevated rail, Vester_DK, I think he already has Rush Hour.. 9.gif
