How to get BAT and LE

Hi. Maybe someone can help me.  I've tried to join the SimCity.com site many times and I never got the confirmation e-mail.  I've been waiting for months. No respnse.  Is there any other way to get these programs?

Well, you can't get the programs from anywhere else.  However, that have been reports of weird stuff happening over there, like the site getting hacked and stuff.  I would contact customer support (which I believe can be found on the EA website) and talk to them about it.  Before you do that though, there is a thread about solving registration problems in this forum.  I suggest that you read that first.

With regards to the above post, i also had this problem i hadnt recieved my confirmation email for a few days. i was using a hotmail account for my reply an just by chance i checked my junk mail folder and their it was. be sure that you have checked your junk mail. if you havnt im pretty sure that it will be there. hope i have helped u.

When all else fails contact their tech suppost as Voar Tok suggested.  They're slow in responding but they will respond eventually.

Maybe one of your friends has got the programs or an account at simcity.com you can borrow. Hope this will help you.

Contacting tech support is the only real way to solve this problem. Handing over passwords and Maxis data to others without permssion is actually iliegal btw.
