Mods for Flat Terrain

Is there a MOD for making the terrain ( selected areas ) completely FLAT ( level / plumb )?

I located a MOD to modify the terrain. Although, the MOD does not provide a tool to flatten the ground.

 

I would prefer to have the ground level and plumb with the adjacent road(s).

I don't know if this is the same mod you tried, but this terraform tool mod includes a "level terrain" tool you can use to flatten the ground:

To use it, subscribe, go into the game, click the terraform icon, then click the icon with the two arrows pointing away from each other for the flatten tool, then use your keypad + and - keys to change the brush size, then right click at a point on the terrain to flatten at the selected level, then just left click to start leveling things out. It doesn't affect roads and buildings while they're still there.
