Changing a Traffic Texture?

Is there any kind of step-by-step tutorial on how to change the texture of a traffic texture? Such as editing a street texture, etc..

this would require lots of experiance and changing 100s of textures. there are currently no tutorials currently available that show how to do this. you probably have to go into one of the dat files and manually export and import all of the textures and change each texture one by one. i found som other threads that might help

short answer is that you'll need SC4Tool or FiSHman and Reader...

Use readers transit texture lookup thingy to find what you want to edit, move it into a new dat, export a copy, edit, move back and save.
