The amount of residential demand and commercial demand looks equal and this doesn't fit to the reality..

There should be less commercial demand than residential demand, it is not realistic to have the same amount of residential zones and commercial zones.

I agree with you whole-heartedly. In a real city at least 75% of an area is residential. In a smaller town the residential area is usually higher still because people travel out of their small town to buy goods they can't get locally. Considering I see a whole lot of vehicles of Cims in my city coming back into town I'm assuming they are going elsewhere to get goods and/or services they don't have locally.

Pretty much all the businesses and offices in this game use way too few employees. I don't see it as such an issue in Industrial considering those are fairly small factories and such and the generic industries upgrade to hire more later on, but only a general store in a town of roughly 200 people only hires two to five employees. Even in my small nearby town with a population of almost 800, the local grocery store has at least twenty employees, possibly more. The local hardware store has around eight or ten. I'm thinking the way this is handled in Skylines is possibly to give an easy average of overall workforce because all the buildings of the same size and zoning require the same amount of workers.

The offices are really under-staffed for their represented size. I remember back in the day working in a small office and there were eight of us. I also worked in larger offices that held multiple agencies and scores of people.

It's kind of messed up and I would like to see it balanced a lot better.

Your commercial demand is tied to your industry, not to be confused with offices, where offices and industry are the same in this game.  If your commercial demand is too high then demolish your industry until your commercial demand drops OR build commercial zones to soak up the demand.

If you see abandoned buildings do not just demolish them.  Abandoned buildings are a symptom of another problem you have and demolishing them is only a temporary solution for a problem that will not go away without your effort.  If you have been just demolishing your abandoned buildings then you will have odd demands on RCI.

Just let your abandoned buildings do their own thing.  Sure they lower property values, but this is only temporary as when the building eventually demolishes itself and then rebuilds on its own, it will give a reciprocal boost to happiness in its immediate area.  Thus, balance is achieved.  As when the building grows back after its short abandonment period, it will grow back as something more appropriate to environment that is now there.

I suspect(strongly) that you have been demolishing your buildings as they abandon.

The ratio of commerce to residential to industrial in a comparison to reality is irrelevant.  This is a game and as in ALL games even flight simulators, sacrifices have to be made to keep the game fun for people to play.  This is a new GAME, learn THIS game.

If reality is your concern, go to college and get an education is architecture and design and maybe some city planning and whatever else city governments need to run.

And as to building occupancy numbers, there is a mod for that already on steam.  It is still early though so expect better versions and updates as time goes on.  The game did just release, what, 2 weeks ago?  I forget the name of the mod though, I am not on MY computer at the moment so I cannot look it up for you, but you should find it within the first five or seven pages of the steam workshop.
