Congrats, purpledaddy! You're not part of the Trixie list anymore. 3.gif

Btw, can anyone find a post by RaccoRVA? I can't find his anywhere...

Oh well as we say in the Bureau of Bureaucracies "Easy come, easy go (as long as 50+ forms were filled out in the process! 9.gif ) "

Oh, I didn’t see that, Congrats Seahawk! Looks like you we’re a little confused about your label at first too!

I actually knew what Cacatuidae meant but I had to search Wikipedia to find out that Baretta was a TV cop from the 70’s that owned a pet C0ckatoo. Don’t think that that show’s had any air time here in Australia since I’ve been around.

Interesting. The trixies go out, thus creating a whole new slew of "Trixie Winner 20xx" labels, and as such within a few weeks some of the winners start getting handed more personal labels to reduce the monotony a bit.

...though given the timing this year you could also make the argument that the admins are handing out Christmas Presents.31.gif

As for a post by RaccoRVA, I combed the Desktop thread, the fun screenshots thread, and a couple other old stickies, but came up with nothing. He isn't listed in the 2004 Trixie award winners omnibus article either, meaning that he must have won as a member of a team, as an ad hoc award, or a dirk's warm fuzzy (unless there was some other oversight).

You got lucky with Smurfer2 since I remembered he used to forum game a lot, and as such knew pretty much exactly where to look. RaccoRVA.. well, I remember the name, but not exactly what his thing was. I wanna say he was a modder or a BATer, but I'm not sure about either.

Or.... it could also be the fact that the admins notice a lot of extra stuff during the Trixies and think of some good ideas that hadn't come to them before because the trend or personality or whatever didn't show up at first. 2.gif

Yes, it seems like BSP is getting a make over for Christmas.

Thanks for looking, though. There just has to be another way of looking for his posts. I'll see what I can find out.

Since it's Christmas, I'll shorten this treasure hunt.

RaccoRVA has a Trixie Winner 2004 CML.  His pop-up reads "2004 Team Spirit Award:  SimMars"

Well, I've searched and searched and searched and I found not a single post from RaccoRVA. I found a mention of him in a SimMars-Overall Progress thread, but that's about it.

Anyway, the staff check is complete. It's funny that I knew SIMpleton was a chat op, yet he wasn't on the list... All Trixie's (except RaccoRVA) have been added, including the new Trixie medals given to NHP members. Lastly, I rechecked the BSC team and noticed some members were missing medals... even from 2006!

The list is done... that is, if there isn't a lost CML somewhere out there.

Not clickable when they post or not clickable on the list?

I'm guessing he means on the list. That's odd because I thought I repaired those, especially smurfer2 since I can remember me putting his CML on the list. I'll take a look. As for RaccoRVA, that's not doable unless you found a post by him.

I meant on the list. If I meant on the forum, I'd be posting in the bug report thread, not here.

Anyway, SkiGeek said what RaccoRVA's popup says, so you should be able to put it in, unless for some reason the javascript can only be copy/pasted in and not edited or scratched....

I'm guessing you mean the search engine, right? I tried several different searching methods on this site without any luck.

You don't need to search for anything. We know what the popup is supposed to say, so just make it say that by scratching it or editing a different one.

I've just fixed RaccoRVA's medal pop-up. As other members had the same award, I copied and pasted orishavit's medal and placed it next to RaccoRVA's label in the list. I've also fixed Smurfer2's medal thanks to Duke87's link on the previous page to one of Smurfer2's posts. Hopefully, everything in the list now works.

Thanks go to Marc for all of his hard work compiling the list and also to Duke87 for also compiling the list and helping out fixing problems in the list. Thanks also to other members who help out with compiling and fixing the list. 44.gif

I was looking through an old thread, not sure what it was, possibly an old SG BAT Thread or the post your desktop thread, and I saw quite a few CML's that I didn't see in the Omnibus.
