ok theres a trilogy i only have the first but is there a fourth coming out and is it going to be any better?

I have the second, I wasen't very pleased with it. The quality of it was just to low for me. Hopefully number four will be better.

I also had two, uck, what a horrible game. The graphics were ugly, the UI impossible, the gameplay slow at its best, and impossible to play and do well in. I've heard that three was exactly the same, so I doubt four would be any good.

I had a go with Airport Inc. They both seemed like the same, and you had a limit to how much you could build (The makers didnt say it was there, but it was there all right)... You couldn't build a big Uber Airport. Oh well.

Bought #'s 2 and 3, found them lacking. They'd better do a good job on #4! Traded them in at Electronics Boutique to get a The Sims add-on back in the day...

I didn't like the way it limited you to only x # of terminals, and other buildings. Also you couldn't rotate or place them just anywhere. Blecchhh. And it isn't realistic at all. Usually today's expanding airports build onto their exsiting terminal buildings or add sattellites only accessible via internal tram networks.

The Tycoon series has just been used and abused. Unfortuneately, I've come to figure that if it isn't Railroad Tycoon, it's probably junk and not worth the money. I'm sure that there's some great games with the Tycoon moniker in it, but so far I haven't found any outside a few that are only available online as flash-type games.

EDIT: Railroad and Roller-Coaster Tycoon are the best ones of the series released to retail outlets. Ugh, forgot about Roller Coaster Tycoon!
