Vanishing pointer

This is an issue with the game I haven't had happen for a long time - the mouse pointer vanishes.  You can still select things, but you have to guess where the pointer is.  The problem is resolved by clicking the other mouse button.

 

I bring it up because this was an early problem in the game and seemed to go away - but happened twice to me yesterday.  It had been so long since it had happened that I sat there dredging through my brain because I remembered the solution was simple but for the life of me I couldn't recall how top do it.

 

Has this been ongoing, or has the recent patch brought this back?  Or was it just a fluke, you think?

This has never been fixed.  If I recall correctly, it happens when you right click the pop to bring up the pop menu.  maybe it was right clicking the pop details tab?  

 

At any rate.  I think clicking both left and right buttons brings it back.

From what I recall, it happens sometimes when you access the Details tab of the Population panel. I think you can make it appear again by pressing Esc to exit the Population panel and pressing the right mouse button.

could this be caused by mod..?? because nothing happen to me before I installed one of them..,,

Nope, it has nothing to do with mods. It has always been present in SC2013 but it only occurs intermittently, and is more of a nuisance than anything else.
