ninja tax collector bug

Hello all.

 

This is an odd bug and I'm not sure if this is right thread to enquire/solve the bug of that famous Ninja Tax collector plugins ().

 

I have downloaded that required dependency (Kunjunjong landmark) successfully.  I loaded that landmark and clicked upon it and it displayed well.  Now when I clicked upon this ninja tax collector, it crashes the game!

 

I thought it was a corrupted plugin but I wish to double check it by trying it into my other city in much smaller region.  It works just fine with small city/small region.  And yet it kept crashed into my main city which is largest city in largest region. 

 

I wonder if it is common bug or known issue among you or not?  I could contact the original creator of this plugin but he's not around for some times.

 

Also, is this ninja tax collector meant to be put into the city at the start, not in the middle of expansion or later part?
