No road connection

Hi! is there a mod to connect buildings with ped malls or plaza (i'm thinking about the Porkie plaza set) and get them working without a real road connection?

Commercial buildings should be able to work with ped malls. However, residential buildings do not; this is a game limitation, there's nothing any modder can do to fix this.

I've been thinking I might zone some of the green trees and park loving high industrial, around a ped mall plaza. Provide of course, mass transit and add parking. I'm wondering though about the freight trucks. May have to run a rail line past them if no road or street, but I will give it a try.

With a ped mall, you need to have at least one transit station within it.  As for freight, run some back alley streets and include some parking lots.
