Fire & Crime out of control

Hello Mates,

Since I've downloaded and am using mods (which are way awesome) I've noticed the following:

Crime is out of control! One city with 6k residents and 106 crimes committed per day!?!?!?!?!

Fire is out of control! Same city with 6k residents and all I am doing is bulldozing 

Education? I can't keep the students in the ONLY city I am playing! They leave and never come back and my student numbers keep dropping and dropping. 

 

Obviously these are MOD related. I'm only using Skye's 3.0 mod pack. 

 

Is there another MOD or more I should install to be able to play without having to bulldoze every 3 seconds? 

I don't want to use sandbox because that is just too easy. 

 

What can I do?

Actually, I have noticed that in some cities, the police seem to decide to stop doing their jobs.  I will plop a police station and it will work great for something like two game days, then the police disappear and the drones stop going out to catch criminals.  If I destroy the station and rebuild, it will work again for like two game days.  If I add more vehicles, they will work for....get this....TWO GAME DAYS!!!!  It is frustrating.  So, I have your problem too.....

I am able to send this many police just from one city if needed with a mod. I ploped the 3 different police stations in one smaller city and they are feeding them to the larger city.

 

 

Imagine the crime in a 4.2 million sim city.

Did you get these mods? They allow you to turn the smaller stations into bigger ones. Combine it with a large fire station and you have a mega station.
