Updater problems?

Anyone else experiencing a really slow update today? The launcher / updater's been crawling for the last hour and is at 29%.

    No, connection was fine. When I did finally get in to the game my Offline region that I'd been working on was completely wiped, which is really annoying. I'd been playing it fine the day before. The only thing I did between then and the issues was remove the previous version of the Skye Pack mod bundle and install the Skye Pack 2.0 version.
