How to make the Sydney Tower in the BAT

Anyone would be so kind as to tell me how to make Tower Sydney for Simcity 4 ?.

You should work from photographs of all four sides.  Assuming you have the necessary skills with the BAT, just copy what you see.  Don't forget that any identical patterns can be either tessellated or copied.  Don't forget to use night-lighting textures on selected or all windows.

 

For the roof junk, an aerial photo will help.

 

If you have no BAT skills, then you need to acquire them.  I suggest starting here.  This is a bit of a learning curve.

Just to let you know there already is a Sydney Tower on a different SC4 website which I don't remember but an updated version would be nice, now that its been renovated with Westfield at the base
