NAM32 INSTALL CHALLENGES

Hi I'm new to SC4, downloaded App Store version of game and i'm hooked. Excited at prospect of increasing options via NAM 32 download. Downloaded from Simtropolis link, followed install to the letter, loaded the game and only a few extra parks and stuff appear in menus. I have checked where files are and it all seems to be in the right place:- my documents simcity 4 plug-ins (see attached screen shot). Am I correct in thinking all is fine, that that maybe the files are too large and over the limit set by aspyr therefore I should remove some in order to see if the game loads with the remainig extras? Advice greatly appreciated

with the Mac App Store version that you have installed, those two NAM folders need to be moved to ~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.simcity4.appstore/Data/Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. Read that post again and do as it says.

 

The files are not in the right place. It would work perfectly for you if you just went and moved the files as I have said. In no way is that over any limit, otherwise 32.1 would be no use to any of us Mac users.
