Creating a new region

Is it just me or are good, active regions pretty hard to come by?

Anyways;

 

I'll be starting a new, large region on Europe West 1.

 

Rules are simple;
 

• Be active.
  No one asks you to be online 24/7 every day, but don't bother asking for an invite unless you play regularly.
   
• One city /player. 
  If you abandon your city, do demolish it.
   
• Communication is key, and the game is so much more fun when playing it with social individuals.
  Also, no point in having two academic cities researching the same things at the same time, just to give an example.
   
• Contribute to the great works build sites if you're able to.
  I hate seeing people raking in a good few millions /day, and not helping out.

 

Anyone with any skill level is very welcome to join in, if you believe this region might be what you're looking for.
