These rest stops are EVERYWHERE here in the Pacific Northwest... Many of them even offer free coffee and snacks (on my tax dollars).

Anyways, i like this idea. But im wondering, are we talking about places that are only for people traveling on the freeways, and are connected directly to the highway and transit enabled, or are we talking about large truck stop BAT's that would grow on big low density cs$ lots?
