can't not switch to right-hand-driving fromleft-hand-driving

Before the installing NAM 32v I used a UKEnglish locale file. By that, i think, side of driving was left. In the installaton I choose a "Custom installation" and then choose "right side of driving (I forgot how it was named)" and install NAM into correct folder. I have started game, and then I saw that nothing was changed, vehicles drove in the left side, how it was before I installed NAM. Okay. I thought that problem will be solved after the restarting of computer... restarted... started the game... nothing was changed again... Help me, please

NAM does not change the general driving side of the game.  You have to do that before you select the options.  All the NAM does is conform its items to what the game has.  You can get a real mess.  Fix your game to drive on the side you want, then reselect the option for the proper side in the NAM.
