Coastline and Water Tools Download Broken

i have been trying for a week to get this mod but all it does is send me to the forums whenever i try to download. anyone have a link to somewhere else i can get it?

    weird.....i just tried like right b4 i made a forum account o.O

     

    oh well, finally got the mod after 1 week of fails.....

     

    i did notice that the download button was dark green b4, sent me to ad.fly, which then sent me to forums. now it's light green and downloaded directly
