''Region tiles showing up as the screen the last time the city was saved'' Sounds really weird but that's what it is,
the region view looks like this-

The little picture of the city, is the screenshot at the time I last saved the city, why is this happening and can you help?

I am running Network Addon Mod and Colossus Addon mod, they shouldn't have any dependencies.
This is the Steam version of the game.

EDIT: Fixed now, quicksaving multiple times fixes it.

This happens to me occasionally.  The trick I've learned is to save the city using Ctrl+S and pay attention to how long it takes for the save to complete.  If it saves really quickly, that's when I typically end up with this in the region view.  So, when it does this I just hit Ctrl+S again for as many times as it takes to get a slower save, then exit to region without saving.  For older cities that contain more data to be saved, the time difference is easy to notice, but for a young city like the one in your screenshot, it will be trial and error.  My advice for small tiles or cities with little development is to just use Ctrl+S three to five times before exiting without saving (because if you save on exit, you may end up with this anomaly).  Another option is to use Ctrl+Alt+S to do a quick save.  This does not update the region view snapshot of the tile, so if you've made major changes to the city, you won't be able to see them in region view.

I wish I knew what is causing this, as it has never been an issue in the past.  If you're only using NAM and CAM (are you sure you have not other mods?), I'm guessing it has something to do with the latest NAM (v32) because I don't use CAM.

Yep, only those two mods, these were recommended on a steam guide. So a NAM issue and not something for win 7? I see... Well thanks, I'll try it out in a minute.

Yay! It's fixed, thanks mate! Although if I just press ctrl+s it makes my game crash xD, so I have to save from the gear menu, if it takes at least 8 seconds it works!

Come to think of it, I hadn't played the game in quite a while, and in the mean time I got a new computer with Windows 7 -- the old one was XP.  So, it could, in fact, be an issue with Windows 7, or perhaps a bug with the GPU.  I use nVidia.  Some input from other users -- those still using XP or using Windows 7 with a different GPU -- might help pin down the issue.

Either way, I'm glad your region view is fixed!

Perhaps this is happening because you haven't set the game to only use one core of your CPU. This game was made several years before multi-core processors became common, so it cannot handle being on more than one core. You need to go into the target command line. To do this, find the shortcut for the game on your desktop and right-click on it and select Properties. In the dialog box that appears, you should find a text field that says Target. At the end of the text that's already there, type in -CPUCount:1 followed by a space and then -CPUPriority:High. This will tell Windows to only use one core for the game and give it the highest priority. You can also type in -intro:off to disable the intro that you've probably seen a million times already.

I think that when you install the NAM, there is a 4GB patch that you can apply to the game that allows the game to use up to 4GB of RAM instead of just 2 GB. Only use this patch if you have a 64-bit computer and more than 4 GB of RAM; it will help improve performance and prevent crashes when you save. (that could be happening if the game doesn't have enough memory space to work with when it is saving)
