Regional Streets 2.0 is up...but need guidance for 3.0

There's few things that's missing for the making of 3.0, I can't do this alone. I need a group of people to work together here.

What I'm trying to do for 3.0 is plop-able object such as Rail Tunnel, Rail Bridge, Road Bridge and Road Tunnel to be use outside 2k boundary.

Any help will do. Thanks.

 

Also, I see that our road menu is getting cluttered with almost like what 50 roads?

I might categorize them in road's sub-menu, soon.

EDIT : for some reason whenever I try looking at the R4W file, SimcCityPak Crashes. I'm very confused with this [CB] stuff.
