Hello Guys.

I need help about sc4tool. I know this tool is old and needs to be revised but some guys can run it without problems.

Whenever I try to run this tool it gives me this error:

"""

Error reading SC4Files.xsd,SC4Files.xml!

"""

I have looked at C:\Program Files\SC4 Utilities\SC4Tool\System\

and these two files exist there.

.net1.1 is installed ,

Vista compatible fsh.dll file included.

My question is which SC4Files.xsd and SC4Files.xml are read by SC4Tool?

Must I copy these files to Plugings directory?

I appreciate for any idea.

Thanks.

Don't think you have to copy anything.  You might consider starting the tool from the directory those files are in.

If you have a very large plugin suite, you might consider cutting it down temporarily to just the things you need to work with.  There is a problem with the lot editor that may also be in this program as well.  Buffer overflow isn't something any developer expected.

Thank you so much for post I did wht you told but I still get "Error Reading SC4Files.xsd, SC4Files.xml" error. These files are located in SC4Tool System directory and I did not edit them. I have no idea why I get this error and it annoys me.
