Missing students [SOLVED]

So I wake up this morning and get a quick view of my city. The residents and all and noticed that my students are missing (3000 out of 8000) and most of my buildings indicate "No longer educated". believe it or not, they're gone, not at home not at school/Colleges, I began to panic, I keep an eye at education map for several in-game days to figure out what went wrong.. So I did a quick fix by demolishing houses, cause me a lot of unbalanced around the city but my Students are important to factories and environment. Then I get back all my students once the houses rebuilt.

 

Then after awhile watching how they behave from education map, my students literally drove their parent's car outside leaving the city with intentions of going back home, my city have extra desk available, more than enough to support second city in the future (I currently have one city that's working. I don't have any second city for now.).

 

I did some digging and this is a bug. If there any modders out there, please make a quick fix how students travel. make it like the students won't travel outside for other regional schools unless there's no available desk in the main city. I believe this need a experienced coders to rewrite how they behave.

I read the update list. http://help.ea.com/en/article/simcity-updates/ . Should be fixed. I have 10.1 and I have no clue what's going on. Perhaps I might destroy the Terminal Buses. idk.

Tho, after awhile, my student are missing again even after demolished/rebuilt residential. I hope anyone could give me an explanation for this.

Fixed, I replaced Colleges with Grade School. School bus will commute to Arcology to bring in Students. These Arcology students will repopulate houses of missing Students.

This bug cause Colleges and University somewhat useless without Grade Schools or High School. Seems like we need both educational levels to work together here.

 

I just hope that someone make a designated School Bus for Colleges and University in near future or Maxis fixed this issue.
