Raise and lower roads

I was reading someplace that there is now a tool that you can raise and lower roads with and I have seen a few city's that has been done in.  But In the game I have not been able to find the tool.  is it something that needs to be added?

It should be in your game. Go to your Roads menu and tool, and look on the bottom of the menu. It should read that the M key represents raising the road, and the N key represents lowering said road. Unless you're not updated to the current update, it should be there...

Caveat: You cannot raise and lower roads using the square/rectangle tool (which I use a lot because I like my roads at right angles).  If you're using that tool just to make a single long road and not a rectangle, you sometimes find yourself thinking "Hey, why and I raise and lower this?"

Have they removed this since 2014? I'm not finding it at all.
