Really, such a small issue, BUT, WHO AT MAXIS thought it would be a good idea to place BRIGHT YELLOW TEXT on an ALMOST WHITE Background.  Case in point.  I am looking at my recycling center it is colleting Yellow Blob of 1021.  Possible to mod the colors?  It's no biggie when it is collectiong nothing, or collecting max and the colors change, but come on???  How could they not see this?  Well, or NOT SEE THIS (joke) in dev?

May I suggest you change the title of this topic to something like "Can I mod ______ colors?"  "OMG Please!" doesn't help people quickly understand this topic.   A better title encourages people to read topics and respond.
