Now it depends on what you want to do with these buildings.

DAMN is a menu builder and must be installed according to its instructions very, very carefully.

If you want to modify a building there is the Lot Editor.

If you want to modify the properties of a building, there is the and it's This is not for casual users.

Beyond that, you should be more specific.  Try writing in Portuguese and translating with Google translate.

Making a building DAMN-controlled requires that a developer mods it as needed, it isn't done on its own, neither can be done by just installing stuff. And of course you must have the DAMN system installed. Usually developers make DAMN plugins for big sets, which clutter the game menus, like parks, RTMT, or big "packs" in general. DAMN, as well as MML (a modding technique which requires plopping a Menu Management Lot first to unveil the menu items of the set) were necessitated by the fact that the game menus can get too long if you install a lot of custom content (ploppables), and the game has no submenus. I would advise against DAMNing Maxis buildings like the Large Elementary or Hgh Schools, because they are use the rewards mechanism, as do DAMN and MMLs, and you don't know how these two would work together, if they act on the same building. And I think it's not worth to DAMN-ise any Maxis buildings anyway, because their number (and therefore their footprint on the menus) is really small.
