Plugin Help!

I downloaded this plugin and the sidewalks are not appearing, only the trees and lamps. Help?

This mod will give you trees and lights on the avenue curves as well as the road curves and FAR pieces. This mod can be used by itself , or you can use in conjunction with my curved sidewalks mods. This mod does not contain the sidewalk mod.

Make sure the mod loads after the NAM, and after your Road textures folder that is inside z___NAM folder.

And, since this mod is five years old, you might check to see if it is still useful with the current NAM.

It's clear that this mod is broken.

I did a STEX search with a key of 'T21' and got several hits.  The dates are given, so you could look and see.
