Resident satisfaction

I have a city with 38000 residents, mostly low wealth. Anyway I surrounded their homes with all manner of parks and all the amenities you can think of. Theres a university in the city and all the fire, police and medical are large variants with plenty of coverage, they city is safe and secure. I had founded the city with the intention of mining for the coal, ore and oil, and there was plenty of that so I ran the city that way until the resources ran out. I had already been converting the city to high tech, with high education and began building some electronics industry. Well I ran into the problem of having too many jobs available and shops and businesses moaning and going out of business due to lack of workers, so I went through the city slowly removing factories and shops, but always making sure to cater to the peoples wishes. Its all been going well but now the residents, of all wealth groups, are complaining about lack of shops and parks, and they are leaving. Well I have them surrounded by all these things, but it seems its not enough and nothing I seem to do pleases them. They are also now complaining of feeling sick yet I have a ridiculous amount of ambulances and the hospital with all the extra buildings. They do not have air or ground pollution, there is really no reason why they should feel sick. To be honest I;m getting sick of their complaining now.
