Recently the demand for a high wealth comm. res. neighborhood has been growing and after a public vote 51% over 49% has approved the creation of a new neighbor hood now called the West Side. here a the newest pics. from the real estate paprazzi.

the only way to get to the W.S. is through the tunnel that goes un der the expressway or on a ferry or private boat.

als a random note. The R.R. bridge and the area surrounding it has been improved by lessing the grade at the north end of the bridge and making the south end of the bridge more level.

WELOME TO K-SIM RADIO! recently the have been many tremors in the east side of the city and wha... RUN agghhh the sky is falling!!!

2 weeks later. it turns out that the earthquake was 2 conential plates crunching together that caused a small plateau to form so... the maroy being the tax greedy man that he is approved plans to buils on the new plateau!! And he also saidhey it leats is looks more intresting than the grid roads downtown!! he also took a helicopter ride over the new area right after the zoning and roads had just bean built here are some pics. he hung on his wall.
