So I have 6 blocks of commercial and like 8 blocks of industrial the rest is all residential. Yet I'm constanly loosing my sewage because of "not enough workers" which in turn leads to 25 ish abandoned residential buildings, I'm starting to snowball here. What am I missing?

You have too many jobs and not enough workers. Either increase density of residential to get more people or destroy commercial and/or industrial to decrease the amount of jobs available. Also, you can limit the density of commercial and/or industrial by not upgrading roads or dezone commercial/industrial when it reaches the desired density and it will not increase density even if you upgrade the roads.

If you have three commercial buildings near residential, try knocking 2 of them down and dezoning commercial and replace that section with residential. That will decrease jobs and increase workers. You really dont need as much commercial/industrial as you might think.

I may have to cut the commercial cause I'm an omega co city. And I didn't choose the robot production line upgrade so I have to get it leveled up so I can convert residential. Yes I'm kicking myself.
