The Stack Interchange

As the title indicates, I am attempting to construct a stack interchange on the outskirts of my city.  However, the two tutorials that I have found for it are from 2012 and presumably a previous version of the NAM.  While that in and of itself isn't a problem, I do think that an update might be necessary.

 

The most problematic thing for me is that I am not sure how I can construct the EMIS that go over the main thoroughfare.  I'll try tinkering around for the time being, but my lack of imagination is a hinderance to building. 

 

EDIT: I believe that I have created one after tinkering around, but I'm not sure if I have done everything correctly and I don't know how to take screenshots - actually I'm not sure where they go.
